The name, El Roi is a Hebrew name for God meaning “the God who sees me.” It appears in Genesis 16:13, spoken by Hagar, an Egyptian servant who felt invisible, used, and forgotten. The name shows that no person is ever too small, hidden, or broken for God to notice! Thus inspiration for Elroy A/V was born.
